My Work
Welcome to my project portfolio! In essence, this page shows you snippets from some of the
many projects I have either recently been or am actively engaged in. This includes internships, exhibitions, my university society, magazine features and much more. Enough bragging from me let's have a scroll…

Vogue Scandinavia
I had the privilege of being a styling assistant for Maria Barsoum on her shoot with Vogue. The bold floral prints and shiny latexes create a loud, yet beautiful, harmony. All photos have been published, click here to see them.

FACE and the Horniman Museum ran a competition to be featured in the museum's current exhibition, 'Hair: Untold Stories'. I was lucky enough to be selected to be in their permanent online exhibition. This film was made in collaboration with Sophia Merzouk, click here to see it.

The Reporter
I was fortunate enough to be featured in The (Fashion) Minority Report's first ever edition of their ground breaking newspaper, The Reporter. 'Influencing diverse conversations about equity, inclusion and culture', my piece discusses the impact of mentoring. Grab one while you can!

Black History Month Exhibition
UAL asked us to consider what ‘Looking Forward’ means for the theme of their 2021 BHM exhibition. My poem, Roots, discusses themes of belonging, heritage and nationalism. NOW CLOSED

In 2018 and 2019 I participated in the North West Fashion Project, a free and innovative upcycling course. Hosted by Derek Purcell of BANG London, the course teaches about the importance of sustainable practices in the fashion industry. Click here to see their website.

LIFE AT UAL
I sat down with Savvy Bader from Student Union to have a real conversation about my experiences at UAL during first year. Following this interview, with the help of amazing photographer Alys Tomlinson, we took some shots in and around CSM. Click here to see the images.

CSM CHANGEMAKER
The role of Changemaker is new to CSM and I am delighted to be one of the nine students chosen. I am in the role of Changemaker representing the Fashion programme and I have two main aims: decolonisation and unification. This extends beyond the curriculum and also includes decolonisation of minds and spaces on campus. Click here to see our instagram page.

LITTLE BIG GALLERY & LES RECONTRES D’ARLES
I spent this summer in Arles, a small town in the South of France, where I worked as a gallery assistant at Little Big Gallery Arles. During my time there I learned a lot about the runnings of gallery spaces, french culture and also discovered Les Recontres d’Arles photography festival.
UAL C.U.L.T.
The C.U.L.T., Cultural Union of Liberation and Thriving, is an inclusive society encouraging integration between UAL students and societies. Created by myself, we aim to create safe spaces for marginalised peoples, and work on liberation initiatives such as decolonising the curriculum and reforms on college policies.
